How can I change the billing information on my invoice?

All invoices in your account are issued using the default invoice profile set in your account. This invoice profile can be changed:

  • Change default invoice profile:
    1. Log in to your Octopoly account.
    2. Click on MY ACCOUNT, in the top right corner.
    3. Go to PAYMENT SETTINGS and INVOICE PROFILES.
    4. Hover of the invoice profile you want to use and click on the greyed out check icon next to it.
    5. The check icon turns green and indicates that this profile is now used as default invoice profile.

    If you need to change the billing details on an invoice that has already been issued, you need to contact us. Let us know the invoice number and which invoice profile shall be used. Please make sure you modify the out-dated invoice profile accordingly - or create a new one. You can do so by following these steps:

  • Edit existing invoice profile:
    1. Login to your Octopoly account.
    2. Click on MY ACCOUNT, in the top right corner.
    3. Go to PAYMENT SETTINGS and INVOICE PROFILES.
    4. Hover over any invoice profile and click on the EDIT button that appears.
    5. Edit the information and click SAVE PROFILE.
  • Create new invoice profile:
    1. Login to your Octopoly account.
    2. Click on MY ACCOUNT, in the top right corner.
    3. Go to PAYMENT SETTINGS and INVOICE PROFILES.
    4. Click on the ADD INVOICE PROFILE button.
    5. Fill in the necessary information and click SAVE PROFILE.
