How can I change the email address of my Octopoly account?

In case you have lost access to your Octopoly account and need us to change your email address for you, we need you to send our legal team (legal@octopoly.com), the below documents and information. Please note that there is a difference between personal and company accounts:

  • Personal account:
    • A written and official request from the account holder, stating the wish to update the account email address, indicating the new email address.
    • In order to identify the account, the letter shall include details and information about the domain account, including at least one domain.
    • A valid and legible copy of the passport or ID card of the account holder.The telephone number under which the account holder is reachable.
  • Company account:
    • A written and official request from the account holder, stating the request (including the new email address) to update the account email address.
    • In order to identify the account, the letter shall include details and information about the domain account, including at least one domain.
    • A valid and legible copy of the passport or ID card of the person representing the account holder (company).
    • An official statement, which proves that the individual representing the company is entitled to request this change on its behalf, for example a power of attorney or extract from the company registration, stating the individual’s name.

    After receiving the above required documentation, our legal team will verify the details and process the request.
