How can I remove the two-step verification feature?

In case you want to remove the TSV from your account, but you don´t have access to the connected mobile phone any longer, we need you to send our legal team (legal@octopoly.com) the following documents:

  • Personal account:
    1. A written request from the account holder, asking to remove the TSV.
    2. The login name of the account.
    3. A valid and legible copy of the passport or ID card of the account holder.
  • Company account:
    1. A written request from the account holder, asking to remove the TSV.
    2. The login name of the account.
    3. A valid and legible copy of the passport or ID card of the person representing the account holder (company).
    4. An official statement, which proves that the individual representing the company is entitled operate in behalf of the company, for example a power of attorney or extract from the company registration, stating the individual’s name.

    As soon as our legal team has received the documents, they will process your request.
