My account is locked after multiple wrong login attempts

After you entered the wrong password and login name more than five times in a row, your Octopoly account will be locked for security reasons. In such cases you will receive an email from us notifying you that your account has been locked.

If you want to unlock your account again, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the link in the notification email you have received.
  2. Enter your login and guard code.

You are now able to try again to login to your account. If you prefer to change your password, follow the below procedure:

  1. Go to the Octopoly login page.
  2. Click on LOST PASSWORD.
  3. Select either your user name or a domain name in your account.
  4. Confirm that you are not a robot.
  5. Click on SUBMIT.
  6. You will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click the link to receive a second email with your login name and password.

You can log in to your account with your login name and the newly received password.
